INTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK: A JOURNEY WITHIN

A Sacred Weekend of Breath, Healing, and Transformation

Integrative Breathwork: A Journey Within is an intimate, spiritually grounded experience designed to support emotional healing, expanded awareness, personal transformation, and reconnection with the authentic self.

Through intentional breathing, carefully selected music, supportive facilitation, creative expression, and sacred integration practices, participants are invited to move beyond the thinking mind and listen more deeply to the wisdom of the body, heart, and soul.

Each workshop is limited to only 10 participants. This small-group setting allows every participant to receive personal attention, meaningful support, and direct integration and closing-circle work with Lynne Forrest and the facilitation team.

AN EXTRAORDINARY OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH LYNNE FORREST

This workshop offers a rare opportunity to journey and process directly with Lynne Forrest, a respected spiritual teacher, author, and transformational guide with more than 45 years of experience.

Lynne trained with Dr. Stanislav Grof and Jacqueline Small during the formative years of breathwork and transpersonal healing. For approximately 11 years, she served on the staff of intensive six-day and fourteen-day transformational workshops, helping to create and maintain sacred, supportive spaces for emotional healing, expanded consciousness, body-trauma release, and spiritual awakening.

Lynne is also the author of Beyond Victim Consciousness and is widely known for her teachings on personal responsibility, spiritual alignment, family-of-origin healing, and freedom from victim consciousness. Her availability for intimate small-group breathwork is now limited, making this a truly special opportunity to experience her wisdom, presence, and guidance firsthand.
